Your Role:

The Meta & TikTok Ads Specialist is responsible for managing the execution and quality assurance of social media campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook, IG), Pinterest, and TikTok.

What you will you do:

  • Conduct QA for campaigns to ensure all data matches the ticket IO and campaign setup.
  • Perform weekly or mid-reporting for all active campaigns.
  • Prepare and set up wrap report templates, allowing campaign managers to review and optimize before submission.
  • Handle multiple campaigns, with an average of 5-8 per week, and up to 25 during peak seasons.
  • Ensure accurate data reporting and campaign optimization with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in campaign management or digital marketing, specializing in Paid Social Media (Facebook, Tiktok, Pinterest)
  • Experience with quality assurance of campaigns and data management is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Excel (PivotTables), and PowerPoint is a plus.
  • Excellent Communication skills and high attention to detail
  • Amenable to work on a permanent night shift schedule
