Your Role:
The Meta & TikTok Ads Specialist is responsible for managing the execution and quality assurance of social media campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook, IG), Pinterest, and TikTok.
What you will you do:
- Conduct QA for campaigns to ensure all data matches the ticket IO and campaign setup.
- Perform weekly or mid-reporting for all active campaigns.
- Prepare and set up wrap report templates, allowing campaign managers to review and optimize before submission.
- Handle multiple campaigns, with an average of 5-8 per week, and up to 25 during peak seasons.
- Ensure accurate data reporting and campaign optimization with a focus on continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in campaign management or digital marketing, specializing in Paid Social Media (Facebook, Tiktok, Pinterest)
- Experience with quality assurance of campaigns and data management is a plus.
- Knowledge of Excel (PivotTables), and PowerPoint is a plus.
- Excellent Communication skills and high attention to detail
- Amenable to work on a permanent night shift schedule
