I. Section Management and Development
- Sets the direction of the Grounds, Trees and Waste Management Section and
Cluster mandates
- Conducts strategic assessment and evaluation of the Section’s processes,
adjustment in program and service delivery
- Regularly monitors the achievement of Section metrics and goals
- Oversees the development of Section policies and provides inputs for the
- Implements quality assurance programs to ensure safety practices are followed and
- Prepares and monitors the Section’s budget and expenditures and recommends cost
- Manages the performance of employees in the Section by setting standards/targets,
II. Grounds and Trees Management Operations
- Establishes the following standards for the grounds, trees, and waste management
- complement requirements, rotation and deployment schedules

Minimum Qualifications
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in either Engineering or Architecture
- Licensed architect or engineer
- At least 3 years experience on facilities grounds, trees and landscape, waste management and
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience
- Completed 40 hours of PCO-related training
- Administration and Management: Knowledge of business and management principles
