  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates across various platforms
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and facilitating candidate assessments
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create accurate and compelling job descriptions
  • Conduct regular market research to understand industry trends and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
  • Create a positive candidate experience through effective communication and feedback
  • Utilize recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring processes and make data-driven recommendations


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
