Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced eCommerce Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Amazon and Shopify stores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all Amazon account issues, inventory and logistics, and ensuring seamless integration across platforms. This role is critical in driving sales growth, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Amazon Account Management:
Oversee the health and performance of our Amazon account, ensuring compliance with Amazon's policies and handling any account issues or performance notifications.
Manage product listings, including creation, optimization, and updates (titles, descriptions, images, and keywords) to maximize visibility and conversion rates.
Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback to maintain high seller ratings.
Handle inventory reconciliation and coordinate shipments for FBA and FBM models.
Resolve any issues related to lost or damaged inventory, shipping escalations, and customer claims.
Monitor account health metrics and take corrective action to prevent suspensions or performance drops.
Shopify Store Management:
Oversee the setup, management, and optimization of our Shopify store, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
Manage product listings, pricing strategies, and promotions on Shopify.
Monitor and optimize online store conversion rates, ensuring seamless user experiences and quick resolution of technical issues.
Manage Shopify inventory and ensure accurate reporting and alignment with Amazon stock levels.
Inventory & Logistics Management:
Work closely with suppliers and fulfillment partners to ensure adequate stock levels, efficient reordering, and timely delivery to warehouses or fulfillment centers.
Coordinate and track shipments across all channels (Amazon, Shopify, etc.) to ensure timely delivery.
Manage inventory forecasting to align with demand, seasonal trends, and sales targets.
Oversee logistics operations, including returns, exchanges, and shipment escalations, ensuring smooth product flow from suppliers to customers.
Reporting & Analytics:
Analyze sales data, inventory levels, and logistics performance to identify trends, optimize operations, and report weekly and monthly performance metrics.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales growth, inventory turnover, fulfillment times, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central and Shopify platforms.
Strong knowledge of Amazon policies, account health, and performance optimization.
Expertise in inventory management, logistics coordination, and supply chain processes.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with eCommerce tools such as Gorgias, Bytestand, Triple Whale, and inventory management software.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) AWD, and AGL.
Previous experience in eCommerce businesses managing multiple marketplaces (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, etc.).
Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and eCommerce best practices to enhance product visibility.
