About the Role:
Our client is a large financial advisor firm. This is a rare opportunity to join a fully remote, culture-first organization focused on employee growth and retention. They are currently seeking an experienced virtual assistant to fill a recent opening and form a core part of the team. We are seeking a skilled, committed candidate who is looking for a company with which to build a long career. Sample duties may include:
• Calendar management for the owner and key tea m me mbers
• Scheduling client meetings, and supporting meeting preparation
• CRM client database management & data entry
• Financial support with invoicing, shifting clients from paper billing to e-billing, etc.
• Managing and balancing accounts
• Accounting & Bookkeeping
Qualifications:
• Excellent English Skills: Must be proficient in both verbal and written communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite: Strong command of these tools is essential
• CRM Database Management: Experience required
• Finance/Accounting Background: Previous experience in this field is preferred
• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to close loose ends
• Time Management & Prioritization: Ability to think critically, and prioritize effectively
• Trustworthy & Compliant: Ability to work with sensitive client data, and maintain data-compliance and client privacy
• Resourcefulness: Ability to figure things out independently and work efficiently
The ideal candidate will own their role. And as they progress will not only support but begin to own certain components of the client’s process. Progression will be rewarded.
Work Schedule:
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST (GMT -7)
Compensation:
• Base-Salary: $900-$1,300 CAD, commiserate with experience
