Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Specialist at EXL in Muntinlupa City, with flexibility for some remote work. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and enhancing the overall customer experience on a day-to-day basis.
