About the Role
Our client is a fast-growing creator management company specializing in helping B2B creators scale their businesses through brand partnerships, operational excellence, and strategic growth initiatives. Their team manages a network of high-impact LinkedIn creators, handling everything from brand partnerships to content operations and business expansion. As the go-to general manager for B2B creators, they've helped their clients achieve significant milestones including 1.4M followers, 100K newsletter subscribers, and 50K monthly podcast downloads.

Why does this role exist?
This position exists to support our expanding creator network by managing both business development initiatives and day-to-day operations. We need a skilled professional who can handle high-priority sales communications while ensuring smooth operational execution across our creators' various business units, including their podcasts. This role is crucial in maintaining our high-touch service model while scaling our impact for creators.

The Impact you'll make

Sales & Business Development

  • Manage LinkedIn DMs and email communications for brand partnerships

  • Execute outbound sales efforts through LinkedIn

  • Identify and qualify potential business opportunities


Podcast Operations

  • Coordinate with podcast guests and manage follow-up systems

  • Oversee guest communication and scheduling

  • Ensure smooth podcast operations workflow


Project Management

  • Build and maintain training decks

  • Manage invoicing and billing processes

  • Coordinate with various stakeholders and vendors


Operations Optimization

  • Implement and manage CRM systems

  • Utilize ChatGPT for operational efficiency

  • Streamline communication processes across platforms



Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations or business development

  • Experience in building and creating sales training materials

  • Demonstrated experience in podcast guest management and coordination

  • Proven track record in project management and operational optimization

  • Proficiency with LinkedIn for business development

  • Experience with CRM systems and invoicing tools

  • WFH Set-Up:

    • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.

    • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS

    • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam

    • Back-up computer and internet connection

    • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

What to expect...

  • Working hours: US Business Hours, 40 hours a week / 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
