Land Investment Analyst (Remote Philippines)

Seeking a versatile Virtual Assistant for our US land investment operations. This dynamic role includes property analysis, data scrubbing, and owner communications.
Main duties:

Analyze comparable land sales to determine property values
Scrub raw property lists to remove unsuitable properties (tax liens, zoning issues, etc.)
Research and verify property characteristics and ownership
Screen lists for specific criteria (property type, size, location)
Conduct cold calls to property owners when needed
Use Google Earth and county resources for property research
Create detailed property valuation reports
Maintain clean and accurate databases

Requirements:

Experience in real estate/land analysis preferred
Strong data cleaning and organization skills
Excellent English communication
Comfortable with list scrubbing and occasional cold calling
Reliable internet and quiet workspace
Available during some US business hours
