Job Description
- Supervision of the Pollution Control Facilities Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and Air Pollution Control Facilities (APCF's).
- Maintenance of chemical availability, purchase and storage.
- Schedules and coordinates operation and maintenance of Environmental Facilities.
- Inspects and checks unit operations of Environmental Facilities.
- Prepares, submits and presents weekly and monthly reports.
- Assist in research and analysis works for process improvements.
- Recommends improvement projects to the Quality Assurance Manager
- Oversees the waste management storage areas.
- Assist in the ground maintenance and housekeeping of the plant.
- Attends seminars and attain PCO status.
- Attends plant meetings in the absence of the Quality Assurance Manager
- Assist in Corporate Social Responsibility activities.
- Other duties that may be assigned by the Quality Assurance Manager
- Conducts plant and warehouse visits to assess quality systems and do Safety Observations
- Supports and demonstrates ownership of health and safety in his/her own area of responsibility
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
- Licensed Chemical Engineer and PCO.
- 2-5 years of experience as Safety Officer and Environmental Officer or PCO, with a background in Cement Industry
- Pollution Control Officer, and Industrial Occupational Safety and Health Certificate (SO3).
- Must be residing to Porac, Pampanga or nearby area
