We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Virtual Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to support our real estate business with a range of marketing and administrative tasks. This role will be responsible for:
• Social Media Management: Update and schedule posts, conduct research, and help execute social media campaigns aligned with our marketing strategy.
• Content Creation: Develop compelling content for social media, our website, and YouTube. Generate innovative ideas to boost engagement and reach.
• Direct Mail Campaigns: Create and manage mailings, including designing postcards for real estate farming and direct mail to keep clients and leads informed.
• Newsletter Management: Design, create, and send regular newsletters to clients, leads, and other contacts, ensuring information is relevant, timely, and valuable.
• Database Management: Update, organize, and maintain our client database, ensuring accuracy and completeness for targeted marketing efforts.
• Marketing Strategy Support: Assist with refining marketing strategies, providing data-driven insights to optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
• Client Engagement & Event Organization: Support client events and engagement activities, managing marketing touchpoints with attention to detail.
• Tech & AI Expertise: Utilize AI tools and advanced software to enhance marketing efforts, streamline processes, and drive innovation in content creation and data management.
• Execution of Marketing Plan: Follow and execute the established marketing plan, ensuring that all projects and tasks are completed on time and in line with strategic goals.
The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, social media, direct mail, and database management, with expertise in AI tools and marketing software to drive efficiency and innovation. Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail are essential.
