Job Description:

As the Sales Manager - Commercial Fuels, s/he will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team involved in selling fuels, lubricants, and asphalt products to various industries, including power, shipping, fishing, mining, construction, transport, manufacturing, trading, and others. The primary objective will be to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and achieve sales targets while fostering strong customer relationships and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

2. Account Development and Management:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients,
  • Develop new business in expansion areas (South Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao).
  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

3. Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

4. Communication and Presentation:

  • Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills in interactions with clients, team members, and senior management.
  • Effectively communicate sales strategies, targets, and results to the team and stakeholders.

5. Sales Process and CRM Management:

  • Implement and optimize sales processes to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Utilize CRM tools, including Salesforce, to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.

6. Industry Knowledge and Expertise:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and developments related to fuels, lubricants, and asphalt products.
  • Leverage industry knowledge to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

7. Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of sales efforts.
