We are a house cleaning company based in the U.S. looking for a full-time, work-from-home customer service agent to join our customer service and sales department.
Your daily responsibilities would include:
Sending a daily report detailing completed and ongoing tasks.
Receiving sales calls, customer inquiries, and/or complaints, and making outgoing calls.
Responding to customer questions via phone, email , live chat, Facebook Messenger, or SMS.
Providing service quotes and ensuring follow-up with prospects.
Booking new jobs, rescheduling, and/or updating service jobs in our scheduling system.
Identifying customer needs, clarifying information, researching issues, and providing solutions and/or alternatives.
Searching for Realtors using Google Maps, Facebook , and Airbnb.

This is a full-time position. You need to have excellent English skills.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Pacific Standard Time.
Starting pay is $4.00/hour, with raises every 6 months and performance bonuses every 3 months.
If accepted, you will receive training to help respond to customer inquiries via phone, email , live chat, Facebook Messenger, and SMS.
