Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations within the Banking & Financial Services division, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Oversee a team of operations managers and staff, providing guidance and support to optimize performance.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and enhance service delivery.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure targets are met, analyzing trends and making data-driven decisions.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, implementing best practices and innovative solutions
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing feedback and training to staff as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Operations Manager or 2+ years as a Senior/Group Operations Manager in a Contact Center or Banking/Financial environment.
  • Proven experience managing 100+ FTEs/members.
  • Strong knowledge of the US Mortgage cycle and experience managing Voice Accounts, preferably in US banking and financial services.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Willingness to work night shifts and be open to assignments in Quezon City.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in relevant software and tools, such as CRM systems and operational management platforms.
