Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations within the Banking & Financial Services division, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Oversee a team of operations managers and staff, providing guidance and support to optimize performance.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and enhance service delivery.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure targets are met, analyzing trends and making data-driven decisions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, implementing best practices and innovative solutions
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing feedback and training to staff as needed.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as an Operations Manager or 2+ years as a Senior/Group Operations Manager in a Contact Center or Banking/Financial environment.
- Proven experience managing 100+ FTEs/members.
- Strong knowledge of the US Mortgage cycle and experience managing Voice Accounts, preferably in US banking and financial services.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- Willingness to work night shifts and be open to assignments in Quezon City.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in relevant software and tools, such as CRM systems and operational management platforms.
