Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Marketing Specialist at Trademarkia. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for brand marketing, brand management, marketing, branding, and brand development tasks on a daily basis.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist , you are responsible for leading a company's marketing strategy and overseeing brand, advertising, and customer engagement initiatives. Key duties include:

  1. Strategic Leadership: Develops and directs comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  2. Brand Management: Ensures brand consistency, builds brand reputation, and innovates branding initiatives.
  3. Market Research: Analyzes market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform strategies.
  4. Revenue Growth: Leads efforts to drive customer acquisition, retention, and profitability.
  5. Team Leadership: Manages marketing teams, fostering a culture of creativity and performance.
  6. Budget Oversight: Allocates and monitors the marketing budget to optimize ROI.

The key responsibilities also include

  • Brand Marketing & Development: Implement brand marketing campaigns that boost awareness, utilizing insights and audience data to enhance messaging effectiveness.
  • Brand Management & Innovation: Oversee brand consistency, leveraging new branding techniques to keep the brand image fresh and engaging across all channels.
  • Digital Strategy & Campaign Execution: Develop targeted digital strategies, managing SEO, SEM, and social media, ensuring alignment with brand objectives. Create, launch, and manage paid search campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc., focused on driving key KPIs.
  • Campaign Optimization & Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, adjusting strategies to achieve CPC, CTR, ROAS, and CPA goals. Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to inform campaign adjustments.
  • Collaboration & Cross-functional Alignment: Work with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align campaign strategies with broader business goals, providing actionable insights and regular performance reports.
  • Creative Content & Proofing: Partner with creatives to produce high-quality content, maintaining impeccable proofing standards across materials. Drive visually compelling content that resonates with target audiences, ensuring alignment with brand tone and style.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign data, using insights to optimize future strategies. Provide regular reports highlighting trends, opportunities, and performance metrics.

Essential Qualifications

  • Brand Marketing, Development, Management and new Branding skills
  • Experience in digital marketing and brand strategy
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking skills
  • Excellent written attention to details, proofing and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in the legal industry is a plus
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years in digital brand marketing, brand development, and digital advertising.
  • Skills: Strong brand management, analytical skills, creative thinking, and communication abilities.
  • Preferred: Certifications in Paid media such as Google, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, social media advertising, or performance marketing etc..
Salary and Benefits:
  • Salary Range: PHP 30,000 to PHP 70,000 per month, based on experience.
