Job Description
- End-to-end creation, management, and execution of in-app communication channels (Push Notification & Electronic Direct Mail)
- Ensures accuracy and consistency of all communications
- Exhibits creativity and comfort in writing English and Tagalog copies
- Coordinates with promotional and operational teams within Shopee to execute PNs and EDMs
- Coordinates with Marketing Operations for the backend set-up and quality assurance of communications before they are sent out
- Utilizes available data as a basis for formulating communications strategies and tactics to optimize engagement and performance
- Ensures availability during campaign live dates as required - this can at times require the Specialist to work on weekends and take early/late shifts to manage pivot executions or emergencies
- Bachelor's Degree
- Communication - This is a highly cross-functional role, being comfortable initiating clarifying conversations with multiple PICs is essential to success
- Creative writing - The specialist must be able to write and create engaging copies that will attract users to the application
- Attention to detail - All communications should be reviewed and proofread thoroughly; they should be error-free and accurate before they are sent out
- Google Suite champion - The majority of our work is executed on trackers; it is essential to be comfortable working on G-Suite, in particular, Gsheets
- Organization - The role requires the specialist to both write copies and coordinate with stakeholders. The specialist must be organized and be good at managing their time.
