ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems
- May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures
- Requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
- Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor
- May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture
- Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments
- Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside
- Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
- Good knowledge of HR and hands-on experience related to all types of HR related custom reports, data sources, business objects, and dashboards
- Create process documents or job aids
- Understand the business process and connect with stakeholders to gather requirements
- Strong knowledge of the functional area of HR a plus
- Enhance, optimize, and generate reports and dashboards
- Collaborate between teams and drive end to end creation of reports
- At least 5 years overall experience in reporting (building and mobilizing reports) using PowerPivot or PowerBI
- With experience in VBA and macro to automate reports
- With good comms skills
- Supervisory experience is preferred, NOT required
