  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Budget and Planning

  • Internal Audit and Inventory Reconciliation
  • Analyze the trends of KPIs, especially relating to financial metrics such as operational expense, CPO, and PL
  • Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances
  • Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast
  • Handle monthly purchase requests for rental, G&A (General & Administrative) , and CAPEX (Capital Expenditure)
  • Present the monthly and quarterly financial reports of various units and departments, ad-hoc business performance reporting

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree and more than two years of experience in finance or accounting or a related area
  • General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles
  • Experience developing financial reports and metrics
  • Experience working in a warehouse, distribution centers, or other related fields
  • Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
  • Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
  • Willing to work at Batino, Laguna
