Job Description

  • Plans and oversees daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly budget for Shopee Logistics team
  • Creates new and standardizes ongoing logistics budget reports
  • Runs adhoc analyses to identify root cause of issues identified driving deviation of key performance metrics from targets
  • Monitors reports on key logistics budget performance metrics and communicates insights to internal stakeholders and senior management
  • Liaises with local budget team for monthly and quarterly budget submissions
  • Monitors pricing matrix vs. competitors and suggests rate changes to keep Shopee's competitive advantage
  • Manages Logistics P&L and makes recommendation on further improving and keeping metrics within targets

Requirements

  • Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus, but is not required
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Audit, Financial Planning, Budget Management, or similar role
  • Professional certification/license such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is a plus
