Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation Management:
Oversee and optimize lead generation systems to attract new business.
Monitor and analyze lead flow, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
Social Media & Community Engagement:
Manage and update the company’s social media platforms (Facebook , LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to generate brand awareness and engage potential clients.
Regularly post in and interact with Facebook groups relevant to our services and target industries.
Client Outreach & Meetings:
Reach out to potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule meetings.
Conduct sales meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and showcase our services.
Build strong relationships and maintain communication with clients throughout the sales process.
Reporting & Collaboration:
Track sales metrics, lead sources, and client feedback for continuous improvement.
Work closely with the business development team to align strategies and ensure goals are met.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience managing social media platforms and engaging in online communities.
Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with tax, accounting, or business consulting services (preferred but not required).
