Responsibilities
The Quality Assurance Lead will collaborate with leadership and scrum teams to support and improve the development of quality best practices as they relate to the organizational goals within the product area. This individual will own the overall QA, practices for the product area and ensure processes and best practices are documented and followed in SDLC.

Responsibilities
The Quality Assurance Lead will collaborate with leadership and scrum teams to support and improve the development of quality best practices as they relate to the organizational goals within the product area. This individual will own the overall QA, practices for the product area and ensure processes and best practices are documented and followed in SDLC.
- Oversee the design, development, and execution of test scripts for Salesforce Field Service Lightning (both manual & automated test scripts - automation is advantageous)
- Collaborate with product owners, product architects, developers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into test plans and other test artifacts
- Create, maintain, and enhance test suite including regression test suite (test automation framework is a valuable addition)
- Identify, document, and track software bugs/defects using Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Has basic knowledge and conversant with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practice
- Mentor and guide junior members of the QA team in testing standards & best practices (test automation is advantageous)
- Conduct testing standard reviews to ensure quality and adherence to testing processes
- Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve product quality
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and bug fixes
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in test automation and Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or any related field
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Test automation experience and knowledge is advantageous
- Significant experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning and Salesforce ecosystem
- Experience with test automation tools such as Azure DevOps, Tosca & etc.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- High analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comprehensive communication and collaboration skills
- Salesforce certifications are beneficial
- Displays servant leadership to manage and provide technical guidance to team members, building them to meet their potential and create solutions that align with our architectural guidelines and project goals
- Proven ability to provide side-by-side accountable selfless leadership and coaching to a team
- Conducts working reviews and provides constructive feedback to facilitate individual growth of team members
- Experience assisting in defining and maturing QA practice, tools, and testing techniques within a team
- Aims to ensure on-time high-quality delivery of sprint goals
- Accountable for quality of code, testing best practices and designs
- Experience in multiple forms of testing including, but not limited to: Unit testing, performance testing, integration testing, manual testing, automated testing into a CI/CD pipeline, etc.
- Experience in developing, supporting, and maintaining test strategies and test plans for UAT, End to End testing, and Regression Testing
- Understands the development and implementation of a Quality Assurance structure within an Agile SDLC and has a working knowledge of best practices
- High interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse group of team members, including executives, managers, IT professionals, and subject matter experts
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and project management skills
- Ability to complete all work tasks in a timely manner while remaining open to competing demands and adjust priorities
- Ability to manage at least one simultaneous project
