Position Overview:
As a Web Specialist at LVT, you will play a critical role in supporting our Web Marketing team. You will be responsible for collaborating on the design, iteration, maintenance, and optimization of our web properties. Your main responsibilities will include helping manage and balance a variety of web projects, creating responsive designs and prototypes, and collaborating with our Webflow developer. This role requires an excellent understanding and commitment to design principles, with a focus on user experience (UX), user interface (UI), and performance optimization. You will also need to navigate some front-end development when necessary.
Requirements
- :Availability during the hours of 9 AM - 5 PM Mountain Time, USA to provide timely support to the Web Marketing team
- .Strong English communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with team members and external partners
- .Proven experience in project management for multiple web-related tasks, balancing workloads, communicating needs, and staying on schedule
- .Solid design skills: Excellent understanding of design principles and the ability to translate designs into functional web pages
- .Proficiency in tools like Figma to quickly create responsive web designs and prototypes
- .Proficiency in tools like Webflow is a must, with the ability to help translate Figma mockups, designs, and prototypes into fully functioning web pages
- .Basic understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to web design and performance
- .Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- .Familiarity with front-end development: Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- .Experience with API integrations and the ability to work with custom code when needed
.Preferred Qualifications
- :Proficiency in front-end development: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- .Experience with Google Search Console and Core Web Vitals to troubleshoot and optimize site performance
- .Familiarity with CRM tools, such as HubSpot, and experience in optimizing landing pages and forms, using CSS to enhance these experiences

- r-Project Management: Manage multiple web projects simultaneously, working closely with the Web Marketing Manager to prioritize and delegate tasks. Provide regular updates and address any roadblocks with limited oversigh
- t.Design & Prototyping: Create responsive designs and prototypes, ready for handoff to the Webflow developer. Iterate designs based on feedback from stakeholder
- s.Collaboration: Work closely with the Web Marketing team and external partners to meet project goals on time, providing input on design and functionality improvement
- s.Webflow & Front-End Development: Work with the Webflow developer to ensure smooth design implementation and tackle custom coding as needed (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to support more complex website functionalities that cannot be achieved through Webflow alon
- e.API Integration & Customization: Assist with integrating APIs into Webflow, adding extra functionality to the site as require
- d.Site Audits & Optimization: Regularly review and report on website performance using Google Search Console and Core Web Vitals, identifying and fixing technical issues to improve loading speeds and overall user experienc
- e.HubSpot & CRM: Build and enhance landing pages in HubSpot, using CSS to create polished and functional lead-generation page
