A Glimpse into Your New Role
Within the client’s Revenue Operations function, their Global Sales Enablement team is responsible for designing and executing programs to build an intentionally excellent sales organization at the company. Our function enables sales productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness. Highspot is a content management system where we house ~5000 pcs of sales assets. These consist of pitch decks, one pagers, case studies, battlecards, training content, etc.
Support cross-functional, global programs, focused primarily on seller experience and effectiveness
Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with program teams and stakeholders to identify, evaluate and address risks,
opportunities and dependencies across programs.
Own content governance for the program content
What You’ll Bring
Strong project/program management and organizational skills
Proven track record in establishing priorities and meeting swift deadlines in a fast pace, rapidly
changing environment
Proven ability to learn new skills and technology quickly and independently
Highly organized, detailed-oriented, and self-directed
Proven success in working with cross functional teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Experience in Highspot content management system
Basic HTML knowledge
Customer support experience
