What role will you play?
You will support Macquarie’s businesses and Talent teams by providing high-quality data and insights into key Talent metrics to bring a diversity and equity perspective into Talent decisions.
Working with a number of different stakeholders, you will understand needs, clarify objective and produce comprehensive reports and packs about Talent, performance and promotions, including regular reports analysing the Performance Management cycle.
In addition, you will produce a newsletter to keep the community informed and up to date with key deadlines and support supplier/vendor activities e.g. processing/tracking invoices, co-ordinating renewals, etc.

What You Offer
- Exceptional attention to detail, especially when working with data and producing packs for senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to work collaboratively, using sound judgement to prioritise tasks and work towards deadlines
- Strong time management skills to manage workload, keep stakeholders and team updated on progress and re-prioritise when necessary
- Proficient with PowerBI, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe and able to quickly learn new systems and technology as required
- Confident and effective communicator, with the ability to ask relevant questions, take action and escalate where necessary.
