  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing architectural strategies that align with the overall goals and vision of the property. This involves understanding market trends, guest preferences, and industry standards to create designs that are both functional and appealing.
  • Leads a team; provides guidance, mentorship, and oversight throughout the design and construction process. Your role involves fostering collaboration, managing resources effectively, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Oversees the conceptualization, development, and refinement of architectural designs.This includes creating innovative and aesthetically pleasing spaces that enhance the guest experience while also meeting regulatory requirements and sustainability standards.
  • Manages all aspects of the architectural projects, from initial planning and budgeting to construction supervision and quality control. This involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies, to ensure seamless execution from start to finish.
  • With increasing emphasis on sustainability, you'll integrate eco-friendly practices and principles into your designs, striving to minimize environmental impact and promote energy efficiency wherever possible.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients is essential. You'll work closely with developers, and operators to understand their needs, address concerns, and deliver designs that exceed their expectations.

Qualifications:

  • At least 18 years' experience in Architecture (design), preferably leading the design of mixed-use projects, experience in master planning & comprehensive land use is also a preference
  • Experience in land development is an advantage
  • Essential Skills & Competencies (Software - AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, Revit, Vray, Photoshop, MS Office, Presentation drawings, and FCD drawings)
  • Skilled in both written and oral communication particularly in client coordination
  • Has experienced handling medium to large teams
  • Amenability to work in Makati, but open to travel
