- Process outbound and receive inbound calls from field technicians to update work order status
- Modify work orders to reflect order line-item changes or deletions
- Cancel, Reschedule, or place work orders on hold
- Notate customer's account
- Make sure field technicians are following procedures correctly and document issues for escalation
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 2 years in College
- Must have at least 1 year of BPO experience in a field service/dispatch or customer service account
- Must have good communication skills
- Willing to work on shifting schedule and on-site
