Key Responsibilities:
Google Ads Management:
-Develop, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and shopping networks.
-Set up Google Analytics /GTM tracking for all clients
-Conduct in-depth keyword research and create compelling ad copy.
-Monitor and adjust budgets, bids, and campaign pacing to maximise ROI.
-Perform A/B testing to enhance ad performance.
-Analyse and report on campaign results, offering actionable insights for ongoing improvements.
-Ability to hit sales targets
-Stay updated with the latest Google Ads policies, trends, and best practices.

PPC Management:
-Lead and execute paid social media campaigns across Facebook , Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
-Improve targeting precision to boost campaign outcomes.
-Analyse social media advertising performance, providing insights for optimisation.
-Continuously adjust strategies to maximise ROI and meet KPIs.
-Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
-Work with our design team to create A+ landing pages to encourage conversions

SEO Management:
-Drive SEO strategy development and execution to boost organic traffic and visibility.
-Conduct technical SEO audits, on-page and content optimisations.
-Perform comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis.
-Manage link-building efforts and other off-page SEO activities.
-Regularly monitor SEO performance through Google Analytics, Search Console, and Looker Studio.
-Keep pace with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
-Working knowledge in HTML

Required Skills & Qualifications:
-Minimum 4 years of experience in Google Ads, SEO, and Meta Ads management across multiple platforms.
-Agency experience preferred.
-Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
-Be able to generate traffic and rankings for our clients
-Google Ads, Facebook , Hubspot, and SEO certifications highly desirable.
-Strong understanding of both paid search (PPC) and organic search (SEO) strategies.
-Ability to manage and monitor bids and budgets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, and track key performance indicators for campaigns.
-Expertise in Google Ads Editor, SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and experience with GA4, GTM, WordPress.
-Proficiency in data interpretation and analysis to optimise performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA).
-Ability to manage monthly media budgets and juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working closely with account managers, designers, and content teams.
