As an HR Officer, you'll be an integral part of our HR team, providing vital support in various HR functions. Join us and contribute to the success of our people-focused initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide support to the HRD in areas such as performance management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, people management and administrative functions.
- All administrative activities linked to employee life cycle from onboarding, promotion, movement, etc.
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to HR concerns (grievances, discipline, training, performance, etc.)
- Monitors and process performance review and evaluation.
- Assists in maintaining accurate and up to date human resource files, records, monitoring and documentation.
- Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with all payroll regulations and company policies.
- Assists with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Psychology, Business Management major in Human Resource, or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of HR-related experience.
- Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and HR Operations is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, computer literacy, organizational ability, and detail orientation.
- Amenable to working on-site in San, Juan
- Can start immediately
