  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Responsible to perform operational/maintenance activities on Infrastructure Security Appliances not limited to only Panorama, Palo Alto firewalls, Bluecoat Proxy and Zscaler
  • Managing HA & upgrades on PALO ALTO devices
  • Engineer would be working on daily Firewall and Proxy Deployment/Changes
  • Managing Break/Fix Incidents & High Priority WAR Rooms
  • Managing HA & upgrades on PALO ALTO devices’
  • Monitoring & Operational support for Network ISP Switches & Network
  • Engineer will be coordinating with clients through our various internal mechanisms and guiding them for an appropriate solution
  • Responsible to design and run planned Security Changes & RMA to maintain business continuity

What skills/attributes are a must have:

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Network Security
  • Candidate should have excellent conceptual & hands on experience on Network Security (Palo Alto, Zscaler, Proxy & Netskope)
  • Have a good understanding on Monitoring tools like Nnmi, Splunk, Openview etc .
  • Good troubleshooting skills related to Firewall, Proxy & Network
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good Decision making & ability to deliver during soft and hard time
  • Open for 24x7 functional support

Nice to Have:

  • Hands-on experience on Network routing and switching

With Professional Certification such as CCNA , PCNSE
