  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Ayala Land Group is looking for Project Development Managers.

These talents will be assigned to handle leisure estates group and/or projects of Ayala Land Group from site evaluation/acquisition, conceptualization, planning and financials, implementation and delivery.

  1. Evaluates sites’ profitability and quality, project concepts for potential development and recommend appropriate use of land/ area.
  2. Manage project conceptualization, market research, detailed planning and budgeting/pricing. Identifies and anticipates project risks and planning appropriate mitigation strategies.
  3. Monitors progress of Planning Stage of the Project Development Process particularly with regard to timetable, budgets and quarterly targets.
  4. Prepares implementation plans as well as executes them, and monitors progress of on-going projects.
  5. Manage negotiations with prospective joint-venture partners.
  • Supervises and handles signing of deals/agreements with various business partners and government representatives
  • Prepares implementation plans for new project concepts
  1. Coordinates with unit members as well as other units to ensure that the efforts of all team members are aligned towards common goal.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Holder
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience
  • Preferably with experience in handling projects related to leisure or hotels
  • Amenability to be assigned in Makati
  • Flexibility to travel in other locations
