Human Resources Supervisor/Head

The HR Supervisor/Head will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinates closely with the department heads and supervisors to ensure streamlined HR processes.
• Manage the HR Department during recruitment process, timekeeping/attendance checking, employee relation

and benefits.

• Responsible for handling grievance cases.
• Plans and designs activities for employees during institutional sponsored events such as company outing.
• Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Oversee performance management processes and employee development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Conduct employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and career growth.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development, Psychology or any related course.
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies and programs.
• Must be willing to work in Magallanes, Makati City
