Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager, Employee Benefits at Howden in Makati, with flexibility for some remote work. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, analyzing benefit programs, providing strategic advice, overseeing implementations, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in account management, employee benefits, and insurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze benefit programs and provide strategic advice
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry trends
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, HR, or related field
- Professional certifications (e.g., PRC, IIAP) are a plus
