We seek a detail-oriented and proactive HR Reporting Analyst to enhance our reporting capabilities, primarily using SuccessFactors. This role will ensure data consistency, streamline HR reports, and improve our people analytics processes. You will work closely with HR, IT, and Finance to manage recurring and ad-hoc reporting, focusing on data quality, meaningful reports, and actionable insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience working with SuccessFactors reporting tools is essential.
- Experience with HR data management and quality initiatives.
- Knowledge of key HR metrics (headcount, attrition, tenure, etc.).
- Strong proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
- Familiarity with Power BI is preferred, though not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and data accuracy focus.
- Strong collaboration skills, working effectively across HR, IT, and Finance teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The responsibilities will include:
- Develop and manage reports in SuccessFactors: Utilize the SuccessFactors report center to generate reports on key HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, tenure, and compensation
- Enhance and automate reporting processes: Identify opportunities to automate reports from SuccessFactors to reduce manual work and ensure timely delivery.
- Ad-hoc reporting and analytics support: Assist with on-demand reporting requests from various HR stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Data validation and quality improvement: Collaborate with HRIS and Finance teams to address data discrepancies, validate reports, and ensure consistent data accuracy.
- Support Power BI dashboard maintenance: Provide insights from SuccessFactors reports to enhance Power BI dashboards, offering visual representations of key metrics.
