We are looking for a Digital Content Marketer to work with its established team of professionals. The position is hybrid/remote and available to Philippine applicants, preferably Cebu-based.

About The Role
The Digital Content Marketer will assist with programs and campaigns supporting business objectives. In this position, the Digital Content Marketer will be the primary point on CRM data management (HubSpot), and email campaign content generation and assist with the coordination of field and virtual marketing events, and marketing channel deadlines. The DCM will manage organizational CRMs in addition to leveraging channel tools to build and manage campaigns.
Reports to the Director of Marketing of Promet Source US office.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns including events, webinars, tradeshows, and targeted outreach programs. Working alongside the content team you will ensure these activities along with third-party profiles and review platforms are optimized to support sales and marketing initiatives for demand and lead generation.

Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns including events, webinars, tradeshows, and targeted outreach programs. Working alongside the content team you will ensure these activities along with third-party profiles and review platforms are optimized to support sales and marketing initiatives for demand and lead generation.
- Coordination of industry-specific events including but not limited to, trade shows, conferences, summits, community camps, webinars, and other marketing activity organizations to enhance brand visibility and demand generation
- Responsible for managing CRM contacts (Hubspot & Salesforce), companies, opportunities, lifecycles, attributes, lists, workflows, curating, cleansing and segmenting lists, etc
- Supplement and source contact data to enhance contact records and develop new segmented lists for outbound campaigns
- Develop and manage email campaigns, workflows, and sequences in Hubspot
- Support integration between Hubspot & Salesforce
- Develop content for contacts at all lifecycle stages from MQL, SQL, Customer, etc. for outbound campaigns
- Develop weekly briefs and content for weekly and monthly newsletters and other campaigns
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling organizational profiles and expand active review platforms
- Track and coordinate pre-and post-event logistical deadlines including display deliveries, content requests for sessions, presentation materials submissions, etc
- Develop post-event reporting and assist with list segmentation, data supplementation, and preparing for nurture
- Monitor event and profile performance metrics, including traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, using analytics tools to track progress and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, subject matter experts, and sales, to produce engaging content for various marketing channels
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- 2+ years of proven experience in B2B agency marketing preferably in a similar agency setting
- Experience using marketing automation tools and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce and Hubspot)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms
- Excellent time and organizational management abilities
- Collaborative team player with creative problem-solving skills
- Comfort learning and mastering new technologies and strategies
