Hiring for Test Manager from Junior, Senior and TL.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience working on both Agile & Waterfall Projects
- Experience of handling Healthcare Domain Projects, Applications, or any health care client.
- Experience of 5 years & above preferably with 3+ years’ experience working in Health domain projects.
- Experience of System integration testing, Functional Testing, User Acceptance Testing
- Experience in managing team and problem-solving skills and Knowledge management.
- Exposure to Digital Platform testing with below
Roles and Responsibilities (Daily tasks):
- Understanding Project requirements and raising gaps.
- Writing of SIT or UAT test cases and performing execution.
- Documentation of Health Domain processes & other necessary artefacts.
- Co-ordination with external stake holders-IT & business Team as necessary & as instructed.
- Defect Resolution & Follow up on Actionable
- Ability to work well in a team with as per customer need.
- Able to highlight Risk, Issue and provide mitigation plan.
- Knowledge and experience of testing Oracle Applications. (Oracle Fusion, Oracle Revenue Management & Billing, Oracle Health Insurance Management System, Oracle Insurance and Policy Admin System)
