  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

BASIC SCOPE:

Provide technical expertise on data validation, data transformation and analysis to address / support IA-related engagements or activities

REGULAR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operational:

  1. Provide support in the performance of risk assessment to determine areas to be reviewed and its impact to Company operations
  2. Provide support in the preparation of the audit plans and execute audit work programs
  3. Review Company policies, processes and internal controls and assess their effectiveness, through the conduct of walkthroughs and testing of the operating effectiveness of controls
  4. Prepare and organize audit working papers for assigned audit procedures and gather evidence to support audit observations and conclusions
  5. Provide clients with value-adding solutions through preliminary audit recommendations, based on the results of review, including the identification of areas for improvement in the processes

Financial:

  1. Test and monitor the continued effectiveness of relevant internal controls over financial reporting of concerned organizational units
  2. Assess the financial implications of control deficiencies identified and recommend improvements
  3. Communicate results and monitor the remediation of noted deficiencies in the design and / or operating effectiveness of relevant internal controls over financial reporting

Administrative:

  1. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures of Internal Audit and the Company

Customers (Internal/External):

  1. Advise, educate, and train process owners on risk assessments and internal controls
  2. Build business partnership by understanding internal clients' organizational structure, roles and responsibilities, functions
  3. Perform data validation, data transformation and analysis for the Internal Audit Group

Performs other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Education

College graduate in Information Technology, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

  • At least 1 to 3 years' experience in data analytics or 1 to 3 years auditing experience
  • Experience working in telecommunications will be an advantage
  • Preferably working with experience in designing, building, testing, and deploying analytics tools and models, developing audit analytics framework, and with technical expertise on data validation, data transformation and analysis
