Job Description:
- Administration / 2nd level support of transport management systems (CargoSoft and CargoWise One).
- Creation of user documentation.
- Trainer role in user training (including training on the job).
- Recording and processing customer requirements.
- Advising and training specialist departments in the use of CargoSoft, CargoWise One and Wice CRM.
- Coordinate and test new software releases.
Requirements:
- Must be a graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology, or any equivalent.
- With 3 years' experience in at least one specialized area of international ocean and air freight forwarding (ocean freight or air freight).
- Very good knowledge of forwarding processes and practical experience in supply chain management.
- Very good knowledge and understanding of common transport management systems such as CargoWise One.
- Initial key user experience is desirable.
- Analytical, independent and solution-oriented working style required.
- Very good written and spoken German and English.
- Very good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and high service orientation.
