  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job description

The Business System Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating business systems projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables through effective project management. This role also involves conducting training sessions to enhance team capabilities and ensure the successful adoption of new systems and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end business systems projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget
  • Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverable
  • Coordinate and execute system testing, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing
  • Document and communicate process changes and ensure successful adoption within the organization
  • Develop and deliver training programs and workshops for team members and end-users on new systems, processes, and tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information and Technology/Computer Science or any IT-related field
  • At least three (3) years of relevant experience
  • At least one (1) year experience in a supervisory role
  • Skills Required: Project Management, System QA, Documentation, Process Mapping, Jira, Figma
