What are we looking for?

Skills Required

  • Proven experience in software testing, quality assurance, or a similar role, particularly in an eCommerce or Digital environment.
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.
  • Experience with Jira is a must.
  • Good understanding of testing process and SDLC.
  • Experience with manual and automated testing tools.
  • Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Experience working within an agile development environment, experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of UX principles and how they impact testing and user experience
  • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools

Nice To Have

  • Experience with Cypress is a plus
  • Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.

What will you do?

Plan and execute comprehensive testing strategies—including functional, regression, and end-to-end testing of our website and the digital systems supporting it. You will monitor eCommerce operations, troubleshoot issues, resolve operational incidents, and support ongoing Digital enhancements.

  • Developing and executing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Conducting various types of testing, including functional, non-functional, integration, regression, and usability testing.
  • Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects, as well as working with development teams to resolve issues
  • Maintaining and improving automated regression test suites to ensure efficient testing.
  • Providing support to customers, including resolving inquiries related to online orders and general website issues.
  • Monitoring eCommerce operational performance and online order metrics to ensure SLAs and customer satisfaction.
  • Identifying and addressing potential issues proactively to maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Working with various teams, including developers, business analysts, and product managers, to define requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Supporting business projects, such as implementing new features or optimizing processes.
  • Collaborating with the technology team to optimize fraud rules and monitor screening performance.
