JOB DESCRIPTION
Parts Specialist will be in-charge of the following:
- Monthly review of Parts replenishments and dealer demand forecast for order engagement to Sojitz Headquarters/MTFBC.
- Monitors achievement of Parts Purchases/Net Revenue from RC SEA.
- Process orders through sea or air freight.
- Set up Accounts Payable.
- Analysis and review of Month of Stock.
- Monthly Reports on Air Order Ratio.
- Regular review of Parts Moving Average Demand to ensure that there is no short fall/ Air Hits.
- Study Part Numbers with shortfall, air hits and spike orders including lead time from source to have an optimum level of stocks.
- Monitors Stock Alerts to avoid Insufficient Stocks.
- Monitors Back Orders and Create ETD ticket for escalation
- Parts Sales Invoicing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Engineering or Business.
- Has at least 2 years’ experience in automotive industry gained thru dealership/manufacturing/distributorship. Or with background in Supply Chain Management.
- Has an in-depth understanding of planning and forecasting.
- Has experience in analysis of stocks positioning, price factors
- Has a background in Finance, Importation and Logistics.
Required Skills
- Highly analytical and proficient in spreadsheets/excel; graphical presentation and other frameworks
- Costumer Service Skills and can foster good business relationship
- Strong business acumen and could conduct presentations
- Exemplary communication and negotiation skills
- Team player
