PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying and engaging potential candidates for the region. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively source and build talent pipelines, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Active Sourcing:
- Utilize various channels (including social media platforms, Boolean searches, and professional networks) to actively search for potential candidates.
- Engage with passive candidates and build relationships.
Interview Arrangement and Coordination:
- Assist in scheduling interviews, coordinating interview panels, and ensuring a smooth interview process.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics and follow-up.
Talent Pipeline Development:
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles within the APAC region.
- Continuously update and expand the pipeline.
Conversion Metrics:
- Measure conversion rates from initial engagement to qualified leads.
- Optimize sourcing strategies based on data insights.
Employer Brand Promotion:
- Contribute to promoting our employer brand through candidate interactions.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
Talent Mapping:
- Conduct thorough talent mapping exercises within the APAC region.
- Identify high-potential individuals, track their career trajectories, and assess their suitability for future leadership roles.
Database Management:
- Maintain an organized candidate database.
- Track candidate progress and interactions in recruitment system.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant talent acquisition experience, ideally with retained search experience.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms, e.g., LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with candidates, team members, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Highly resilient and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Good command of English
