Job Description:

  • Oversee implementation of direction from management.
  • Align with the Business Unit heads on HR requirements.
  • Oversee the proper implementation of the performance management process to ensure the alignment of employees, resources, and systems in meeting the business strategic objectives.
  • To provide necessary information as required, and participate in planning projects that are intended to develop and enhance existing Talent Management framework.
  • To ensure that proper implementation of talent management programs are established.
  • Perform employee relations work and such other aspect that affect the link between management and employees in order to enhance the foster harmonious relationship and improve productivity within the organization
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory labor standards.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree holder in Human Resources, Management, Philosophy, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Law or any related course
  • With 10 years of managerial experience in Human Resources.
  • High level of Interpersonal Skills, Analytical skills, and Presentation skills
