I. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Scope, build and maintain database effectively to help facilitate modelling, analysis & reporting needs
- Scope and develop relevant new reports & dashboards in a timely manner to track business performance
- Work closely with the Data science managers in construct and test marketing concepts & initiatives by applying advanced analytics techniques
- Reliable and can work independently taking responsibility for own actions and queries whilst demonstrating a consistent work output
- Team player, both supporting and motivating all team members to achieve business objectives and common goals
II. JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Educational Requirement
- Tertiary qualifications in Statistics, applied mathematics, engineering, applied science or related discipline.
Experience Requirements
- 2-3 years’ experience in data science / machine learning
- Gaming experiences highly regarded but not essential
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of marketing concepts such as customer value cycle, segmentation practices
- Expertise in a range of data mining, visualization and statistical techniques
- Strong programming skills, including SQL, Python, SAS, R, and depending on the scope of project, text mining or machine learning
- High-level of organizational skills & effective communicator
Other Qualifications :
- Knowledge of the gaming industry & business model
- Create and work in a harmonious team environment
- Flexible schedule and able to work outside the standard work week as business needs dictate
