About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Admin Officer with a proven track record in the Fintech sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in PEZA reporting, facilities management, and automating administrative tasks. A flexible, agile, and adaptable approach is crucial for our fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • PEZA Compliance and Liaison: Manage all aspects of PEZA reporting and governance. Maintain strong relationships with PEZA officers and stay abreast of the latest regulatory updates to ensure full compliance.
  • Facilities Administration: Oversee the administration of our facilities, ensuring they meet our evolving needs and comply with regulatory standards.
  • Automation of Administrative Tasks: Implement and manage software and apps to automate mundane tasks. Candidates should provide a list of recommended tools.
  • Asset Management: Efficiently manage company assets to ensure optimal utilization and maintenance.
  • Payroll and Tax Vendor Coordination: Work closely with payroll and tax vendors, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
  • Government Benefits Management: Handle all employee-related government benefits, including SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
  • HMO and Insurance Oversight: Manage health and insurance plans, ensuring they meet employee needs and align with company policies.
  • Timekeeping Best Practices: Manage timekeeping processes and recommend best practices to enhance efficiency.
  • Documentation and Policy Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive Admin & Facilities policies and documentation.
  • Petty Cash Management: Effectively manage petty cash, ensuring accountability and proper record-keeping.
  • Vendor Sourcing and Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors to ensure quality service and cost-effectiveness.

About the Requirements:
