Our client, a growing private equity firm, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our team with data entry, legal documentation, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will also assist with financial analysis and data summarization, ensuring smooth operations across multiple projects.

Position: Part-Time Data Entry with knowledge in Legal terms (CST hours)

Key Responsibilities:

Fill out data on templates (contracts or spreadsheets).
Track deliverables and maintain a checklist of documents to ensure deadlines are met.
Provide administrative support to the partners, including scheduling and correspondence.
Summarize large datasets by creating financial templates and reports.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to complete tasks efficiently.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with different stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with high levels of accuracy and professionalism.
Flexible, with availability to work extra hours on weekends if needed.
Proficient in Google Sheets and other productivity tools.
Familiarity with financial analysis is a plus.
