Cyber Security Analyst

The role will be responsible for addressing technical resilience and assurance needs, ensuring that all business-as-usual (BAU) front door queries are managed effectively through the submission process, this includes support for TPR3 compliance to achieve the global OKR of 100% completion.

This role is crucial for triaging each TR request, applying technical knowledge from the existing resource library, and leveraging their own expertise to help applications meet their resilience requirements. The role will collaborate with various teams to implement resilience strategies and best practices, ensuring the robustness and reliability of our IT systems.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Security, or related fields.
• 1-3 years technical experience
• Good Communication Skills
• Experience with disaster recovery, technical resilience, business continuity, management and planning.
• Confluence, Slack/Teams
• Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and identifying vulnerabilities.

Responsibilities:

1. Efficient Query Management:

- Ensure timely and effective management of all BAU front door queries.

- Provide accurate and helpful technical guidance to meet resilience requirements.

2. Risk Identification and Mitigation:

- Identify and address potential risks through initial assessments and mitigation strategies.

- Utilize the resource library and personal expertise to develop effective solutions.

- Ensure products close all KRVs in a timely manner

3. Continuous Improvement:

- Regularly review and update resilience measures based on feedback and new information.

- Incorporate lessons learned into resilience strategies.

4. Stakeholder Confidence:

- Build and maintain confidence among stakeholders in the organization's resilience capabilities.

- Ensure clear and transparent communication on resilience matters.
