  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About Jardine Service Centre Philippines (JSC)

Jardine Service Centre Philippines is an organization fully owned by Jardine Matheson Group which is a diversified Asian-based group with unsurpassed experience in the region, having been founded in 1832. JSC is responsible for providing back-office support to the business units of Jardine Group by administrating transactional and rule-based activities. We aim to deliver world-class services to our internal customers in a cost-efficient manner via process harmonization, application of state-of-the-art technologies, automation and process simplification.

As part of our Jardine Service Centre services, we are looking at establishing application support teams for a number of our target systems such as Microsoft Dynamics D365, Tagetik, ServiceNow, Workday, Peoplesoft, Salesforce and Mulesoft. Our aim is to provide better support, enhancements and to take advantage of the SaaS product roadmaps and upgrades. We are looking for someone to structure and plan this exciting plan.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for network design, administration and provide ongoing L2 technical support of network infrastructure for provisioning and on-going operation. Schedule and co-ordinate changes to the network with internal stakeholders.
  • Responsible for all aspects of Network Infrastructure Management (WAN, LAN, routers, firewalls, AD, end-user operations etc.).
  • Monitor network performance and provide effective response when issues occur.
  • Ensure effective security measures are established to protect the entire network from potential threats. Perform regular patching of the network as new firmware and software updates are released.
  • Conduct incident response and troubleshooting for network related problems. Work effectively with third party providers to provide end2end outcomes for the business.
  • Maintain, enhance, and create scripts to collect network data and statistics for reporting and inventory management and improve operational efficiency by automating repetitive tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable and reliable network solutions.
  • Keep up with the latest trends and innovations in network technology and make recommendations for network upgrades and improvements.

We are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 Years experience in installing, configuring, managing and troubleshooting Cisco routers/switches.
  • Prior experience with SDWAN environments, preferably with Palo Alto networking equipment.
  • Experience in network programming languages (i.e. Python, PHP, Ruby) with foundational knowledge in Unix/Linux and SQL databases is expected.
  • Holder of Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) award expected.
  • Strong knowledge and skills in network design and implementation, such as VPN, firewall, load balancer, DNS, and subnetting.
  • Strong knowledge and skills in security practices, such as encryption, identity and access management, and compliance.
  • Experience in service automation tools such as PowerShell and/or API.
  • Knowledge of ITSM best practices is expected.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and agile environment.
  • Passionate about learning new technologies and delivering quality outcomes.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
