Job Title: Order Management Analyst

Department & Team: Order Management / APAC

Reports to: APAC Manager

Location: Manila, Philippines

Summary:

The Order Management Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of orders and associated billing for Genesys products. This position requires effective collaboration with various stakeholders to meet established service level agreements (SLAs). The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak periods such as year-end and quarter-end, demonstrating composure under pressure while managing priorities for maximum efficiency. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Review and validate order booking requirements from customers or partners, including quotes, purchase orders, service orders, statements of work (SOWs), and contracts.
  • Process orders and invoices promptly using Salesforce.com, NetSuite, and Workday, adhering to month-end, quarter-end, and year-end deadlines.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve invoice queries and process credit memos as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations and internal controls.
  • Lead or assist in process improvement initiatives and documentation efforts, including user acceptance testing (UAT) for system enhancements.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Order Management or Order-to-Cash (OTC) environments, preferably in the software industry.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and revenue recognition.
  • Strong critical thinking, time management, and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with all organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to work accurately and efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work during APAC hours while coordinating with remote teams in varying time zones.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
