Duties And Responsibilities
- Oversee the collection, storage, and maintenance of healthcare data, ensuring accuracy, privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
- Lead the integration of electronic health records (EHR) into our systems, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient data flow.
- Manage data governance policies, including data security, backup, and disaster recovery protocols.
- Develop and implement data management strategies to optimize the use of healthcare data for reporting, analytics, and decision-making.
- Ensure data quality by performing regular audits, validation, and cleansing activities.
- Collaborate with clinical, technical, and operational teams to address data-related needs and improve system functionality.
- Provide support in data analysis for operational improvements, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in Electronic Data Capture Systems (EDC)
- Strong knowledge of database management, data governance, and data security best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret and manipulate complex datasets.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and reporting software is a plus.
