Key Accountabilities
- Manage the collection of priority/program executive updates from cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with teams to extract performance metric data tied to business priorities and various reporting and leadership requirements.
- Review data/updates for accuracy and insights; troubleshoot any errors in reporting, extracting, and warehousing data; make recommendations and/or initiate correction procedures.
- Produce key portfolio management and performance reports - (monthly, quarterly, and annually). Ensure reports are produced accurately and timely, and closely review all information for accuracy.
- Develop and implement automated monthly reporting and tools. Work strategically with various leads to ensure effective operation and ongoing consistency in reporting.
- Actively participate in portfolio and performance review sessions to identify critical insights to drive discussions with executive leadership.
- Act as primary reporting liaison for various teams within assigned functions, ensuring reporting, data integrity, and system interface of related programs and reporting tools.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
- 3-5 years of progressive work-related experience in program or project management and reporting tools and systems with demonstrated proficiency in one or more of the functions related to the position.
- Demonstrated technical aptitude with various computer systems and data applications.
- Operational knowledge and strength with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Copilot) and Tableau dashboards (not required but preferred).
- Demonstrated understanding of P&T’s overall strategic vision and aptitude for communicating our delivery progress with leadership best.
- Demonstrated clear, concise, and succinct communication skills, including adapting verbal and written communication to the needs and level of the user.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently and perform concurrent tasks requiring technical and functional competence.
