Educational Requirement:

Experience Requirement:
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, statistical analysis, and data visualization.\
Skills and Attributes:
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools such as Excel, Python, or similar languages.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Previous experience in labor analytics or workforce management is a plus.
